Meet Julianne

I am a Pilates instructor in Westlake Village California and I focus on Private, Duo and Small Group Classes. I have 9 years of experience teaching Pilates. Most of those years were spent working in both a clinical and private setting. I got my start teaching in a Physical Therapy office. This experience has contributed to my ability to help my clients recover from injuries and/or surgery. I now work solely for myself and love helping all my clients!

I believe movement is medicine and is one key to feeling young no matter your age.  I always encourage  my clients to challenge their strength, balance, stability and  mobility.

FUN FACT

~I am also a Kung Fu practitioner with 22 years of Training at The Village with Gus Gates
